The appointments of the office of studies in this folder are mainly aimed at PEB studies electricity, sanitary, HVAC, and smoke removal.
The characteristics and specific elements are described underneath:
Energy: Global energy study to optimize the implemented facilities and thus insure a high energy standard
HVAC: Heath and cold distribution, air-treatment groups, terminal units, fluid distribution, local air-conditioning computer, car park smoke removal.
Sanitary: Cold water distribution network and water for fire hazard, household and fecal waters evacuation, installation and connection of sanitary appliances.
Electricity: Replacement of the electrical boards on each floor, terminal electrical distribution, new lighting and emergency lighting, new electrical distribution by ground box, renovation and upgrading of normal and emergency electrical compliances, fire detection and access control.
